Instead, your payments are placed into a secure TTA Trust Account, protected by strict regulations, independent trustees, and additional insurance backing. This guarantees that your funds are only used for your holiday and remain safe in any circumstance, including unexpected global challenges.

Trust Account Protection: Every payment you make is deposited into a secure Trust Account, managed by an independent trustee (banker, accountant, or solicitor), ensuring full transparency and protection.
Financial Guarantee (Up to £11,000 per Booking): In addition to the Trust Account, TTA provides a financial guarantee of up to £11,000 per booking. This means that even in the unlikely event of insolvency, your holiday investment is fully protected.
Guarantee Certificate: Upon booking, you will receive a TTA Guarantee Certificate, confirming your financial security.
ATOL Protection for Flight-Inclusive Holidays: If your package holiday includes a flight, it is ATOL protected. In case of a TTA Member ceasing trading, the ATOL scheme ensures that your holiday will either go ahead as planned or you will receive a full refund. Learn more about ATOL Protection.
