Booking Conditions
1. ABOUT US
EV Travel Ltd is a travel agency specializing in tailored holiday packages and luxury travel experiences. We act as an intermediary between you and various travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
2. BOOKING PROCESS
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or via direct communication with our travel consultants.
Your booking is confirmed only once we receive a deposit or full payment, depending on the terms of the package.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking reference and itinerary. It is your responsibility to check all details and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
3. PAYMENTS
A deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount varies depending on the package and supplier terms.
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
Late payments may result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit.
We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by You:
If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges apply based on the supplier’s policies. These fees vary depending on the time of cancellation relative to the travel date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the supplier’s terms. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us or the Supplier:
In the rare case that your trip is canceled by us or a supplier, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellations beyond our control.
5. CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Name changes, date changes, or modifications may result in amendment fees.
If a supplier makes significant changes to your trip, we will inform you and offer suitable alternatives where possible.
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & VISA REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits for your destination.
Some countries require passports to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
We are not liable for any travel disruptions due to incorrect or missing documents.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost luggage.
EV Travel Ltd is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
8. FINANCIAL PROTECTION
EV Travel Ltd is a proud member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), ensuring that your money is 100% financially protected.
Payments are held in a secure trust account and protected by the TTA’s financial guarantee, giving you peace of mind.

9. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
EV Travel Ltd acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, hotel issues, or other third-party service failures.
We will assist you in resolving any issues but cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest affecting your travel plans.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate Information: Customers must provide correct details during the booking process. Any inaccuracies may result in additional charges or cancellations.
Reconfirmation of Bookings: Customers are responsible for reconfirming bookings before departure to ensure accuracy.
Travel Insurance Requirement: It is a booking condition that all customers must have adequate travel insurance. If declined, a waiver may be required.
Passports, Visas, and Health Certificates: Customers must ensure they have the necessary documents and vaccinations. Any repatriation costs due to non-compliance are their responsibility.
11. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
If you experience any issues during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can assist.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your return.
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of UK courts.

GENERAL HOLIDAY INFORMATION
Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any necessary health requirements for the destination you are travelling to (e.g. vaccination requirements). We recommend that you check with your GP for any necessary health requirements. Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
It is your responsibility to ensure all of your party holds a valid passport at the time of travel. Some countries insist on up to 6 months validity after your return date. For more information check here.
You must make sure you have all the necessary valid visa, travel and health documents to comply with the requirements of the country you are visiting. Please note all of Tropical Sky paperwork refers to UK passport holders only. For all other passport holders, please contact the relevant Consulate or Embassy.
We will not accept any liability for refused boarding of Aircraft, or refused entry to a country due to incorrect Visa clearance. Some countries including United States of America and Australia require an electronic visa to be completed prior to travel. It is your responsibility to complete this and again we accept no responsibility if you do not complete accurately.
Visa / Transit Visa requirements
It is compulsory for anyone travelling to or transferring through some countries to hold a valid visa, transit visa or visa waiver which must be applied for in good time prior to travel in case your application is denied or delayed.
